A Little About Us....

The Hobbs Funeral Home has been an independent, local, family-owned home for more than 60 years and takes pride in providing highly personalized, caring service. Founded by Frank H. and Elizabeth A. Hobbs, Sr., the president today is their son, Jeffrey R. Hobbs.

A death of a loved one or a family member is one of life’s most difficult times, and it never seems to matter how much warning we have of an impending death. We don’t know of any way to make it simple, or easy -- yet we can help to make it a bit less painful. A caring funeral home can take much of the burden from your shoulders.

We recently opened our new Hobbs Hospitality Center, we continually work to improve service and facilities, and a third-generation member of the Hobbs family is now on board to carry on our strong traditions.

We are fully dedicated to being competent, professional, personal, caring, and independent, community-minded caregivers.

Our Invitation To You...

We invite you to compare funeral services. Hobbs’ professional quality and compassionate service make the difference. Locally owned for more than 60 years, we know the community and we pay personal attention to its needs.

Our highly trained staff will make appropriate, meaningful arrangements for every religious background and our philosophy is to guide families in a caring, understanding, and personalized way.

Our ads say "Hobbs is a family caring for families,” and we truly believe that is our calling.

We believe people today prefer a local and independent funeral home, offering highly personalized, caring service during what we know is an extremely stressful time.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple: we treat everyone with fairness, dignity, kindness and respect.

Our funeral homes have been owned and operated by the same family since 1941.

Many familes we have served and continue to serve are our friends and our neighbors.

We pride ourselves as a family caring for other families.
