Arthur Lionel Boudreault died on July 23, 2025 after losing his battle with Lymphoma. He is predeceased by his father Arthur J., mother Cecile M. St Pierre (Crowell), brother Francis H., sister in law Elaine Piazzi (Boudreault), late wife Sarah Miceli (Howard) also his grandson Alexander G. Gewlas III. Art was born on June 24,1937 in Haverhill, MA. He leaves behind two out of three brothers, Richard G. (Lorina Ortega) and Eugene P. (Jeanette) (previous wife Susan). Art leaves behind 5 children, 4 step children, 12 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Art married Doris Carol Champagne on October 12,1957 they have 5 children together Therese (David Arsenault), Linda (Alexander Gewlas Jr.), Susan (Nicholas Baker), Anne (Richard Andrukaitis) and John Boudreault. His second marriage was to Sarah Miceli(Howard) on July 22,1982 who came into the marriage with 4 children, Jacki (Joseph Floyd), Jeanne (Tamba), John (Jennifer Scallet); and Joanne (Niels Kisling). Art spent his final years with his third wife Diana Sanborn, they married on April 27, 2012.

Art was educated at St. Joseph's School (Haverhill, MA); Marist Seminary (Bedford, MA) (1954); Associate degree in Electrical Engineering at Merrimack College (Andover, MA) (1963); and BS in Business Administration from University of Phoenix (1979).

Art's work history includes the U.S. Army (1955-1958) as Sergeant E5; Engineer at Raytheon where he participated in the design of the Patriot Missile; Product Marketing Manager at Teradyne; Division Market Manager at Aegis, Inc.; and Vice President and General Manager at Japan American Technical Systems.

Various volunteer positions he held included serving as PTA president at St. James Grammar School and St. Josephs Grammar School; Delegate to the Al-Anon World Service Conference; Board Chairman for the San Jose Branch of the National Council of Alcoholism and Drug Dependence; Board Member and Treasurer of the New Almaden Quicksilver Park Association; President of the Almaden Valley Community Association; President and Treasurer of Big Sur Sons in Retirement Branch 68; and Treasurer of Maxwell Woods Homeowner Association.

Art taught Memoir Writing for several years as part of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. He wrote many magazine articles for professional magazines, accomplished an inventory of about 12,000 ancestors, and contributed to books and magazines for Al-Anon Family Groups. He wrote four books. The first one was published anonymously, Journey to Recovery, a Fifty-Year History of Al-Anon in Northern California. He wrote about his family in three volumes, My Family's History - Ancestors of Albert St. Pierre, a multigenerational discovery of his mother's ancestor; the ancestors of his father and his own memoir. The final two volumes have not been completed.

Art lived his life with purpose and as he stated in his Memoir he was going to do all he could for as long as he could. He continued to speak and attend Al-Anon meetings despite his battle with cancer and only retired from his treasury position just weeks before his death. He was still logging family birthdays for his genealogy inventory just several days before his passing, leaving behind a great deal of history for his loved ones and future genealogists. He was an avid card player enjoying 45's and cribbage with anyone who would join in. His cribbage board was always on the table ready for a game and he rarely missed a point. He was proud to pass on his grandparents and parents card playing traditions with his children, grandchildren and even beginning to teach a fourth generation. Art had a positive perspective on life, he pushed through obstacles and illnesses with little complaint. Those that had the pleasure of spending time with Art or hearing him as a speaker valued his wisdom. Education was a high priority to Art. He had an incredible thirst for knowledge and meeting new people which made him a very interesting man to know. Art surrendered peacefully surrounded by loved ones. He will be missed greatly by his family and comrades.
