Charles Jordan, 66, passed away on June 17, in South Portland. Charles loved playing bingo twice a week with his wife Fran, he made lots of friends with two of them being Lucille & Dale who would always save him a seat and bring him home cooked meals. He owned his own Northeast taxi for close to 20 years. Charles loved to play golf with his grandson Frankie, he loved taking his family to the beach and he played in lots of dart tournaments. He also enjoyed playing pool and did all the cooking for the family dinners and holidays. He enjoyed taking Kyle, Devan, Frankie and Charlie to the Chinese buffet at the great wall in South Portland. He also spent countless times playing video games with Kyle and Devan and just hanging out and talking and taught his grandson little Charlie how to swim.

Charles was very appreciative for the amazing end of life care he received from his wife Fran, daughter Rachel and son in law Frank. Charles is pre deceased by his father and mother Charles and Florence Jordan Jr. of Portland, Maine. Charles is survived by his wife Francina Jordan of South Portland, Maine. He is also survived by two sisters Brenda Jordan (Gordan) and Michelle Jordan of Portland, Maine. His three children Arnie Reynolds and long-time girlfriend Cindy Wildes of South Portland, William and Jaci Reynolds of Vermont, Rachel and husband Frank Mitchell of South Portland and 24 grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also had a dog named Barren who never left his side until he passed. Charles will always and forever be in our hearts and prayers. We all love him deeply.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 24 at 2:00p.m. at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland. A Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery.
