Geraldine "Gerry" Holton, 94, passed away on June 12, 2024 at the Gosnell Memorial House in Scarborough. Gerry was born on March 20, 1930 in Worcester, MA, to Joseph J. Riley and Eleanora Gilman. She graduated from Plymouth NH High school. Gerry worked at Shaw's Westgate as a front-end manager for over 20 years. She also volunteered for Portland Head Light and Merrill Auditorium.  Gerry enjoyed many hobbies such as baking for family and friends and working in her garden. She also loved her many luncheons with her friends.

Gerry is predeceased by Clinton R. Holton. She is survived by JoAnn Holton Honan (Thomas Honan), Pam Rathmell (Stephen Rathmell), and John Holton (Ann Holton). Her sister Terry Raulston. Her grandchildren Abbey Holton Vinuelas (Paul Vinuelas), Meghan Rathmell Torrieri (Louis Torrieri), Benjamin Holden (Laura Day), Elizabeth Holden (Joshua Benson), Kate Rathmell Balzano (Allan Wallennaker), Chase Holton (Leah Holton), Eric Honan (Danielle Honan), Mark Honan, Lori Honan Exley and Erin Rathmell Tilton (Zeb).

A reception will be held on July 10 from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at the Elizabeth Hobbs Hospitality Center at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland.
