PORTLAND - Hilda Love Call, 41, passed away on December 8, 2023, from a broken heart after battling for 9 months the pain of burying her daughter.  She was surrounded by family.

Hilda was born on August 29th, 1982, the daughter of Beverly Call and David Lahey, at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

Hilda attended Portland schools.  She worked to help people battle addiction-retail.

Hilda had a passion for music, singing and dancing.  She danced like no one was watching, yet she made everyone jealous and sit down if they were on that same dance floor.  Only her Irish twin could get low with/like her.  "We get it from our Momma".  She was the most beautiful, crazy soul with a contagious, unique laugh and a loud voice along with a vibrant personality that touched everyone who was blessed enough to know and love her.

Hilda loved her family, home cooked meals, spending time with her daughter Kiahna, her handsome grandson Jaxson and her beauty babies. Bevahna and Lilah.  She loved her Antee loves her babies Happy feet song and dance, and roller-skating, horses, reminiscing, and watching movies with Kiahna – family and playing games with her grandson, Jaxson.

Hilda was predeceased by her mother, Beverly Ann Call, daughter Mariah Rose Gallant, her love Robert Chester Gallant and her grandparents, aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her dad, David Scott Lahey, her daughters Kiahna Love Gray and Emma Marie Perkins, her grandson Jaxson Gabrial Scamman, her sister/Irish twin Alicia Marie Lahey, her baby brother Richard Scott Lahey, her nieces/babies Bevahna Love Osborne and Lilah Unique Osborne, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, Her heart for the last 15 years Ryan Fitzherbert and friends.
