Nancy Hahn Kostovick

July 14, 1965 – May 18, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy Hahn Kostovick, age 58, of Scarborough, Maine. Nancy passed away on May 18th, 2024, surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle with ALS/FTD.

Nancy was born in Belfast, ME to Bonita and Harrison Hahn. She is predeceased by her father, Harrison Hahn.

She is a graduate of Oxford Hills High School and the University of Vermont. Nancy went on to work as a gifted Physical Therapist for 36 years, running her own business for 13 of them.

Our beloved mother, daughter, spouse, sister, and friend was a shining light in our lives. She always put others before herself and was dedicated to helping anyone in need.

She was a pillar of strength and compassion, always there to offer a listening ear or a helping hand. Her selflessness knew no bounds, and she touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness and generosity.

As a mother, she was a source of love and guidance, always putting her family first and ensuring that they were well taken care of.

As a spouse, she was a source of love and support for over 30 years, always standing by her partner.

As a friend, she was a source of adventure, warmth and understanding.

Her loss leaves a void in our lives that can never be filled, but we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace now, watching over us from above. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Her love lives on through her spouse (Francis Kostovick), children (Scott Kostovick and Andrea Kostovick), mother (Bonita Hahn), and brother (Charlie Hahn).

Celebration of Life to be held at Cunningham Farm in New Gloucester, ME on June 2nd from 1pm-4pm with remembrance readings starting at 2pm. Join us in dressing casually in honor of Nancy's fun-loving spirit.
